Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Orbit1. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

An organisation you create is your own workspace. People you invite join it under you; removing someone rolls their downline up to their sponsor rather than deleting it, so team history is preserved.

Contacts, notes, conversations and journeys you enter are yours. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train AI models. See the privacy policy for exactly what is collected and how it is used.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store information about the people you add — for example, that your relationship with them justifies keeping notes about them under applicable privacy law in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use Orbit1 to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam through any feature
• Import or store contacts you do not have a legitimate reason to hold
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation
• Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service
• Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.

Orbit1 offers a free Starter tier and paid Builder and Leader subscriptions, billed monthly through Stripe. New accounts receive a time-limited trial of Leader-tier features; at the end of the trial your account reverts to Starter unless you choose a paid plan.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

We may change plan pricing or features with notice. Continuing to use a paid plan after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

Orbit1 uses AI to draft messages, summarise relationships and suggest next steps. AI output is a draft: you review it before anything is sent, and you are responsible for what you send. Orbit1 does not send messages automatically on your behalf.

We aim to keep Orbit1 available and your data backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, scheduled maintenance, or factors outside our reasonable control.

Orbit1is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where that limitation is not permitted by law.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing the address below. We will delete or anonymise your data in line with the privacy policy, except where we are required to retain certain records, such as billing history.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use Orbit1 after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
